The staff member was lovely, friendly and welcoming. The hot oil Indian head massage was good but a few things let the treatment down: neck needs to be supported at all times, client needs to be told what oil and mix of oil/essential oils are being used (I think it was coconut oil and lavender which was nice), the main thing that let the treatment down, however, was sitting in the main shop with radio right next to me. I think had I been in one of the treatment rooms with relaxing music I would have given the treatment a much higher rating. If these small changes were made I would certainly return.
