The place itself can be a little hard to find and is a bit dingy underground but Lara is lovely and chatty, makes you feel comfortable and is clearly very passionate about what she does. My nails looked lovely and Lara picked out a few colours that would suit me which was really helpful.
Very careful manicure. An hour is an hour (or more), no early finish makes me feel really valued.

Went for a facial on Friday afternoon and it was brilliant. The ambiance was just right and Lara was extremely thorough and made the whole experience a refreshing and comfortable one.
