I cannot recommend Lara more, she is friendly and clearly a professional at what she does. The wax was almost painless, I was expecting it to be a lot worse as I shaved between waxes.... Lara knew exactly what to do to get the best results. The booking process was also seamless.

A little suprised that this was underneath a hairdressers, but I guess in london it's a cheaper way of saving rents. Once downstairs, all the staff were lovely and Lara made me feel completely at ease whilst doing my facial and pedicure. She was honestly lovely, chatting away and then I relaxed so much during my facial. Only slight niggle I have is that I was actually overcharged, my pedicure was meant to be £15 and my facial £35, however I got charged £20 for my pedicure. I think it was a honest mistake, as £20 was in Lara's price list, and she must have forgotten Wahanda's offer, I didn't complain as I had such a nice time, but it is something to keep in mind.
