I had an appointment with The Beauty Retreat With Lara at Amadeus Hair & Body for a facial.
The service provided with the booking was extremely poor, they have tried to change my booking a couple of times. Then they have confirmed that my original booking was ok and when I was already on my way to the appointment they wanted to change the time and postpone the booking an hour. Extremely bad service, not sure why they offer discount to get new clients to deliver such a terrible customer experience!
I did not want to go ahead with the facial and I've asked to confirm a refund which has not been processed at all, really not sure about getting my money back at some point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
...never seen such a lack of professionalism in my life!
I was really pleased with this pedicure. My feet looked great and I had a lot of compliments. Lara is lovely. I will certainly go there again.

I fancied a massage and was able to easily find one (very last minute!) using Wahanda. The therapist was lovely and the small beauty room tucked away in the salon was quiet, clean and relaxing.

Katarina was very nice and welcoming. The massage was smooth and relaxing, I even fell asleep!
I would definitely recommend a message in the Amadeus salon if you want to spend a relaxing moment after a tough day at work.
