Lara was welcoming and friendly. It was very relaxing, with great head, neck and shoulder massage. An excellent facial, one of the best I've had.

Very friendly and experienced therapist. Treatment was surprisingly less painful than others I've had and I think it was due to the type of hot wax that was used.

Lovely place, but not the best manicure. I was expecting a bit more, given the good reviews. I thought i had a booked a full manicure, but it was just nail filing and a bit of cuticle cutting.

The Wow Factor package was excellent value and Lara was an excellent therapist. I left the salon feeling relaxed and pampered and all set for a big night out- my face was glowing and my nails looked great! I look forward to returning.
