Arrived 20 mins before the appt time but was waiting til 10 mins after appt time to be seen, not sure why as there were no previous clients before me when I arrived early. The treatment was good, slightly uncomfortable at some points but bearable. Also started to get a bit uncomfortable having to lie down for around an hour, but Vanessa tried to make it relaxing as possible by creating an ambience with the music and providing a cushion for leg support. I was very pleased with the final result, my lashes looked great! I’ll definitely return and would highly recommend Vanessa to others.
