My lashes look amazing. Very happy with them! Only thing I would change was the pressing on my lids was a little hard, if it was a little more gentle it would have been perfect!

There was a Treatwell problem with the booking and Vanessa made a HUGE effort to accommodate me anyway - I really appreciate it. She is a lovely person.
The location of the salon is super convenient as well, so would recommend if you’re looking for a central location.
I’ve had the lash lift a few times now and the first time was AMAZING but for some reason it’s been getting less and less effective each time, so I‘m not sure what the problem is. It didn’t really turn out at all this time, despite me having totally clean lashes - looked ok when it was done, but the next day there was barely any lift and a week later the lashes were barely curled. Could just be a problem with my lashes, so will probably give them a break before trying again.

I had to wait 15 minutes so the whole appointment i was stressing since i was on a tight schedule. Lash lift work on one eye better than the other one.
