Vanessa was communicative, friendly and very knowledgeable about the service. She met me with a smile and talked me through what to expect during the treatment (this was my first time having it done). The treatment was relaxing and I was so impressed with the results! Vanessa, the lady who does the lashes, is such a lovely lady. Super friendly, very professional and patient and makes you feel at ease as soon as you go into the treatment room. She is on the more expensive side of the spectrum compared to other places but she's also consistently good so I never think about going to someone else.
