Caroline was very kind; I have no complaints regarding her treatment. However, the gel used was too thick, and she was struggling to get the remnants out of the container. Whether due to this or the technique, the surface of the nails ended up "lumpy" and thick.
I’d recommend applying even and uniform layers with a gel in good condition, doing a hand first and then the other, because putting the hand under the lamp after each nail takes more time and exposes you to unnecessary radiation.
