Didn’t go ahead with my appointment, arrived on time at 10 and salon wasn’t open, once opened at 10:10 another client was then seen and I was left waiting. I left the salon 40 mins after my appointment was due to take place.

`deep tissue massage wasn't very deep, had headphones in during the whole massage. more a general massage than a specialist in my opinion. I asked to focus on my upper back as a lot of tension there but didnt really do a good enough Job. I was cold - not covered up at all with towels or blanket when laying on my front in just my knickers.
Pedicure was by another lady. Good job overall but unlikely to go back.
