My treatment was ok, not pleasant but not painful, more uncomfortable

They made me feel really uncomfortable, as if I shouldn't be there, even though I had an appointment. They didn't remove all of the old gel before applying the new. It didn't feel very professional and I wouldn't return.

Rude staff, they made wait for 15 mins even though I had an appointment, they caught my skin and made me bleed plus the equipment didn’t look very clean. Also quality of the manicure wasn’t great
