I would not recommend the treatments I had, the salon didn’t haven my booking although as I booked through Treatwell maybe it took a while to feed through. The therapist got too close with the steamer and hurt my skin I had to move away as I was worried it was burning. They also kept rubbing my eyelids with the product which meant it got in my eyes, also if they’re using Murad products which would have active ingredients this should not got near such sensitive skin as your eyes. The therapist didn’t explain any of the stages of the treatment, what she was using or doing. When she left the mask on me she left the lights on and turned the music off whereas normally you’re left with relaxing music and the lights down to create a relaxing environment. She also still had rings on which caught on my skin at times.
The for the nail treatment, a fast dry spray was used along with a hair dryer to help them dry and this has left a strange bubbling on the nails, I should have just been left to have them dry naturally as although they were dry when I left the finish is bubbled and not smooth. Also the hair dryer kept getting too hot and hurting my hands where I had a ring on so I had to keep moving them out the way. The staff were nice enough but sadly the treatments were not good.
