The room had no atmosphere and was cluttered with machines. The bed was plastic so very uncomfortable to lay on bare skinned. It also moved from side to side as I was being massaged which was hugely off putting. I lay my face on a stained aeroplane neck rest. The main over head light was on, no ambiance at all, no music or heating, nice smells. All I could hear were kids screaming outside and people walking around upstairs. The massage was fine, nothing good nor bad.
