I booked a massage for 12 and the day before they phoned and said I was double booked so asked me to changed to 1pm but booked me in for a pedicure at 12 as well. When I arrived the shop was shut. I came back 20 minutes later it was open but I was told I would have a 15 minutes later wait. I came back 15 minutes later and waited another 20 minutes. I was then told they could do the pedicure after the massage. I was so fed up I left without either. Won’t be going back again.

Pedicure was done SO badly! Towels were dirty and hygiene seemed low.
On top of it they didn't know I made an appointment and made me wait 40 minutes.
