Masseuse running late and didnt ask or talk about what massage wanted or areas needed extra attention, bright not relaxing room with no music.

I hate leaving bad feedback but these things made it difficult for me to relax during the massage: the room had very bright lighting & no music. The hot stones were in a plastic container and there was a lot of banging to get them in and out. A few times they slipped out of her hands and fell on the floor loudly. She answered the phone during the session.
