Pedicure was done SO badly! Towels were dirty and hygiene seemed low. On top of it they didn't know I made an appointment and made me wait 40 minutes. Terrible, terrible experience

Awful experience. Absolutely no waxing skills or technique. underarm wax on a hot day. I arrived and told her I had put stick deodorant on she say 'no problem' and then proceeds to roll warm wax on my sweaty armpits. no cleaning. leaves hair behind
