Unfortunately there were no sanitary procedures during my treatments. The equipment was not clean, no barbicide or cleaning of either my hands or the manicure tools.
The pedicure was so painful. The lady twisted and turned the corners of my toenails and when I asked her not to, she told me to “keep still”.
My big toe has been very uncomfortable ever since. I’m waiting to get the gel off when I return from my holiday to see if there’s serious damage.

Went there for a pedicure and it was awful. They were 10 minutes late opening and spent only 20 minutes doing the actual pedicure. She even grated a blister on on my foot….Then she spent about 10 minutes ‘curing’ normal nail polish in a UV lamp on one foot. One. Then moved on to the next for the same amount of time. The shop was dirty and it was just overall an awful experience. Nail polish was put on badly too - went over onto my actual toes. Definitely won’t return.
