I had an amazing experience at Beauty Heaven where I was treated with the utmost care and pampered from top to toes. The staff were all so friendly and attentive to all of my needs and I will definitely be coming back again in the near future.

After booking for 11am, within about half an hour I was asked by phone to reschedule to 2pm. I was able to do this, but it makes the online booking a bit pointless. Don't know if this is down to Treatwell, or the venue.
Once I arrived, I had a short wait while an ongoing treatment was completed, and then conducted to a treatment room. The waxing was done more quickly than I have had done before, with very satisfactory results. No complaints. Would use them again.

Unfortunately there were no sanitary procedures during my treatments. The equipment was not clean, no barbicide or cleaning of either my hands or the manicure tools.
The pedicure was so painful. The lady twisted and turned the corners of my toenails and when I asked her not to, she told me to “keep still”.
My big toe has been very uncomfortable ever since. I’m waiting to get the gel off when I return from my holiday to see if there’s serious damage.
