It was my first time visiting beauty house in walsall but ive already booked again. From the moment i walked in the door the atmosphere was calming. Inviting and warm . Was booked in by the pleasant receptionist and offered drinks which i had a tea. Then was taken to the treatment room and was made again to feel relaxed. My beauty therapist was lovely asking me if i was ok and if the pressure was ok. Cant wait to return keep up the good work
