The venue/therapist was great but no refreshment was provided, as was promised. The massage was good. Not too happy with the facial, it was very basic. Overall, less time was given to the treatments.

The venue outside was exceptionally scruffy. It did sort of put me off going in. I did go with n and that was better. Rather a strange set up I thought. A very large bare house.sort of acceptable though. Therapist was very obliging and pleasant.

Im not happy with what experince i had before my appointment, changing my times and days, on top of waiting 2 weeks for it. Not good customer service since ive been a loyal longtime customer. No call from manager, just texts, then it wasnt the manager. Very dissapointed with this, feel i was stressed when i had my massage so didnt really enjoy it. I was also accused of using a voucher code twice felt bit insulted. Ive spent alot of money here thought i would have been treated better.
