Just what I needed, helped relieve a lot of stress from work recently. Sarah was really friendly and her studio is lovely and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed her choice of music too! Will be back again soon. :)

I have been seeing Sarah for sports massage for a few years now, every time I come away feeling refreshed and my body rejuvenated, her knowledge of the body is amazing and knowing how to deal with any issues that may be causing the body pain or discomfort, I highly recommend seeing her to help keep our body in great condition
