Arrived for my scheduled after-work appointment today only to find the shop closed. I called multiple times and could hear the phone ringing inside, but no one answered. A neighboring business owner mentioned that early closures happen frequently here. I would have really appreciated an advance notification. Since I booked and paid through Treatwell, I’d like to either reschedule this session or receive a full credit refund. It’s a real shame, as I genuinely love Navi’s work.

I booked an appointment for Saturday and received confirmation via email for Treatwell… I arrive to the Salon and it’s shut with no communication from them, never called me back… I’ve been charged for a treatment I did not receive so not impressed.
