I had a Hollywood hot wax here and was really nervous as I’ve only ever gone to one place but the girl was so laid back and professional, I felt at ease as soon as we started. I arrived early and was seen right away. The hot wax was amazing! Every hair was pulled from the root and not one broke off which I was really pleased with. The warm wax however did break the hairs which I will have to go back and get waxed sooner than I was hoping so if your having a biki wax, opt for the hot wax which is what they recommend anyway and is the same price! The only thing I can really complain about is the fact that she blew on the wax when it was hot which is obviously not very hygienic and the reason I can’t give it 10 stars. Other than that I would definitely recommend and will be going back. Another good thing is that they give you a discount on your next wax if you book there and then.

Ghazal gave one of the best full body massages that I’ve had in a very long time. I went on my lunch break and came out of there feeling a lot more relaxed and tension free. She was really warm and friendly. As I was running a little late and she had another client straight after she offered me to come back another day to make up the time for free. I highly recommend!
