Eyebrow Threading
This is the worst experience I have ever had at a beauty salon. From starting the appointment 30 minutes late. To being put in a room with what looked like poo or dirt on the walls through to being given the wrong treatment to begin with, then having microdermabrasion (which I didn't ask for) on my skin without first steaming my face, through to using very old products that looked worn and years old, through to only having a 50 minute appointment as opposed to the 60 minute that I booked. Then paying more than what was on the price list within the store - great way to make a new client feel valued. I felt horrible afterwards and was not cared for throughout. I asked for the managers number and was (I believe) purposefully given the wrong number. I recommend you do not go to this Beauty Clinic. I firmly believe I should be given my money back and some.

Another great treatment by Premier Beauty - wouldn't go anywhere else for my bikini wax. Beautician is quick, thorough and friendly.
