I booked and paid via the Treatwell app. When I arrived at the salon, I was told the beautician was late as her child had a panic attack. I was requested to return later in the day. I then returned to be informed that the beautician had a problem with her eyes and had gone to the emergency optician. I was asked to rebook for tomorrow. Either this beautician has had a very bad day, or there are excuses being made... I will not be going back and will ask for a refund for services not received!
