Eyebrow Threading
There were a couple of occasions throughout the treatment in which the Beautican opened the door mid bikini wax treatment, and her mobile rang and she tended to it. Overall I had a good treatment, but there was an air of unprofessioanlism and disorganisation.
Bikini Waxing
I had to wait 10 minutes before a lady came upstairs, there were 2 of us waiting for appointments and even though we had already waited 10 minutes she told us we had to wait another 10-15 minutes - no apology or explaination and I didn’t have much confidence that it would be no longer than that so I left. A waste of half an hour!
