Even though I have booked an appointment, I was made to wait while the practitioner was finishing the nails of another customer. Seeing that she wouldn’t finish on time, she started with my nails was rushing to finish it both customers at the same time. I was a bit disappointed.

Quick, effective and cheap! Don’t book for nails if you’re in a big rush as timings were a bit muddled, but lucky for me I wasn’t in a rush. I wanted somewhere close to Euston to spruce up a bit for the weekend and this did a great job.
Once I did get seen, it was the quickest shellac appointment I’ve ever had and they’re all looking perfect a week later.

I had an amazing experience with Treatwell. I got my eyebrows threaded in such a way I never got before, I didn’t even have to retouch them when I got home. Just amazing

They saw me earlier than my appointment and were very quick & efficient. Waxing was done very well and with minimal discomfort and I haven't had any ingrown hairs since, which is rare for me. I would definitely go back.
