I was taken straight downstairs to a small dingy room. The lady doing the treatment didn’t introduce herself and didn’t speak to me. I had to leave my belongings and clothes on the floor. There was no music or anything and the door didn’t shut properly. I go for waxes quite regularly, and whilst my hair was a little shorter than optimum I’ve had waxes elsewhere at this length with no problem. I had a strip wax and it was the most painful one I’ve ever had. The wax itself was far too hot! The beautician didn’t chat or ask any questions, and just grunted when she wanted me to move. She kept saying I have ‘very thick’ hair- which is the opposite to what I’ve been told many times before! If this had been my first time waxing I would probably be traumatised and I definitely won’t be going back.

The quickest service! i did Hollywood waxing and upper legs in less than 20 mins. Wasn’t pain free ofc but the beautician was gentle enough.

I wasn't told the hot wax was more expensive than the Brazilian i'd requested (which turned out to be a strip wax) so ended up paying 30 instead of 22.

Unfriendly and did a Hollywood instead or Brazilian but at least not super expensive.
