Attentive and efficient waxing/ threading at a convenient central location. The ambience is lacking a bit but the staff make up for it with an excellent service.
Ladies' Facial Waxing
I felt like they do really want to create a good experience at this salon. There's just one thing.
The atmosphere could have been better for a massage, there was no music or aromas. Could hear someone banging something next door, the radio upstairs and the creaky stairs themselves. At some point someone knocked on the door and the masseuse left, but actually her leaving and not apologising didn't bother me as much as the person interrupting the massage.
Swedish Massage
appointment was cancelled last minute (when I came in for it) but they rearranged it for the next day and threading was good !
Eyebrow Threading
I booked and paid via the Treatwell app. When I arrived at the salon, I was told the beautician was late as her child had a panic attack. I was requested to return later in the day. I then returned to be informed that the beautician had a problem with her eyes and had gone to the emergency optician. I was asked to rebook for tomorrow. Either this beautician has had a very bad day, or there are excuses being made... I will not be going back and will ask for a refund for services not received!
