Treatment was ok, but even though I am a positive glass always 'half-full' kind of person, I will not be going back. I felt like what I booked was a trick offer to sell me further treatments. I just wanted to test the clinic with a small treatment and had booked a wax that should take 10-15 minutes, but the beautician was done after 2-3 minutes and I was surprised it wasn't more thorough. You're in such a vulnerable position you don't really want to argue and I ended up paying more. I think my expectations would have been different had it said '5 minutes' in the offer box on Treatwell rather than 15. This is a bit misleading. I get that it's not about duration, but definition of the treatment and expectations, but would suggest amending in any case to avoid disappointment or future misunderstandings.

Lacking a bit of ambiance and not the most relaxing place, but gets the job done. Great value, nice staff and very quick - in and out in 10 mins!
