I found Premier to be quite disorganised, all appts were running late and the phone was constantly ringing with no one to answer it. With the threading itself I didn't feel I had much say in what was done, the result - much smaller brows than planned!
Eyebrow Threading
Dreadful. Arrived to find the salon closed - the guy supposed to be doing the cut was on holiday. Random confusion outside from other staff meant I left with no cut as it was all too shambolic. Won't go back!

This place is very convenient to where I work. They were very quick.

Need to tell the staff many times to reshape the eyebrow. Everything was done in a hurry.

Service and salon cleanliness could have been better. However the wax was particularly cheap so I think you pay for what you get.
