Great eyebrow threading at a good price in central London. Will go back again
Eyebrow Threading
It was my second time there. I booked on line and when I arrived the receptionist took ages to open the door. I didn't have much time and there was almost half hour delay (what I understand that happens, but on that day really caused me trouble). However I would go back there as the woman responsible for the eyebrows is EXCELLENT and super sweet. The negative aspect of my experience was not her fault, but the receptionist.

Definitely the WORST waxing experience I ever had. So UNHYGIENIC.
1. The door was locked when I went there. Even though one of the employees see me and another customer waiting she didn't come to open. We just had to wait for a customer to leave.
2. The room was dirty. There were tissues, hair removal wax and hair on the floor.
3. The towel she gave me to cover myself was probably used again. There was hair on it and of course I didn't use it.
4. The lady doing the waxing had dirty hands and on top of all, she wasn't gentle at all. I felt like she hated her job or had a really bad day. She pulled the hair out in a way that I sensed it was a burden for her or thought I was someone she hated.
I couldn't wait the time to come to leave this place.

The woman was not very polite but overall the eyebrow threading was not too bad !

Excellent threading had the best eyebrow shape I have ever had! Threading was quick and thorough!
