Absolutely love my Shellac nails, always last long and the advise I get for my nail care is spot on.
Manicure
Upon entering the room to get a full Hollywood wax, the lady beautician stayed in the room while I got changed, leaving me without any privacy to get myself comfortable. The door couldn't close properly, so was just pushed up against the door jam. She then proceeded with gloves about 3 sizes too big and they kept getting stuck to the wax. On top of this another member of staff walked in without knocking while my legs were completely open, the beautician took a personal phone call too, as though I didn't have all my bits showing. At the end of this procedure she again stayed in the room while I got dressed. When I got back to the office I went to the ladies and noticed areas that she just completely missed. This was probably the worst "treatment" I've received at a beauty salon. Will now go home and finish the job off myself.

I booked in last minute for a Brazilian and a full leg wax. Been here before and it was absolutely fine. I had a different lady this time. Before I knew it she was giving me a Hollywood and NOT a Brazilian in which I wanted, and the leg wax wasn't much better! Not a happy bunny upon leaving.
