I had shellac manicure and pedicure. There are a few bits that could have been improved. I have a few nails were shellac was not applied correctly.
The venue was extremely cold and had to wear my coat, beanie and scarf for the whole duration of the appointment (2 hours) so pretty uncomfortable,

Booked massage but no one
at the shop to do it. Annoying as had travelled for it

I thought I'd give them a chance despite the bad reviews since it was so cheap, but it's cheap for a reason. They didn't see me until 20 minutes after my appointment was scheduled for therefore making me late for my next appointment. The nails were uneven in colour, some were darker than the others. They lasted 2 days before they started chipping. The place looked like a mess, it was so unprofesional. Worst nail experience I've had
