Contacted Karen Kennedy direct and received rude reply strange as she said salon was struggling. She says can't get staff or indeed keep them -if her email to me anything to go by I can understand! £65 for removal and reapplication. Removal great application woeful.Can provide pics! Charged extra to cover her time . Worst thing was her opening line in email' if customers like you only come every 8 years lucky I am still in business! 'Shocking! Yes used to go there but moved! Hardly my fault!
