Hollywood - hot wax - virtually pain free and very thorough. Half Leg Wax - cream wax - felt smooth on my skin compared to the sticky and tugging feeling of warm wax. HD Brows - spot on, attention to detail.

Gel polish was not removed properly so the fresh polish (vinylux) looked pitted. When I pointed this out I was offered an extra layer of topcoat which unfortunately did not solve the problem. On the plus side staff were courteous and the polish lasted a full week.
