Nour was really lovely but I had an unpleasant reaction to the wax (extreme redness, lots of skin flaking/peeling) that I’ve never had before.

Eva was excellent - she nailed the colour for my hair and it turned out really vibrant. She was really welcoming and looked after me well, and gave me a great haircut too.
