Worst customer service. I arrived and watched as the staff moaned about who would do my hair. I was then looked up and down by the person who washed my hair. Sorry. Didn't realise I had to dress up to get a trim.no1 offered me a drink. To take my coat etc I actually laughed because the treatment was a joke. I was not offered anywhere to place my bag so I had that on the floor covered in hair. I wasn't shown the back of my cut which is a basic! I will never return.
