The wash was good but I don't think she used conditioner? She was a bit rough when she was combing, and I could smell her lunch on her fingers as she cut my fringe which wasn't the nicest, not a big deal though. The blowdry was so good, although some heat protection would have been nice. She really took her time on the cut. Overall a great haircut and blowdry for the price.
