I actually had Samuele, not Eddy. Samuele was absolutely amazing. He knew exactly what my hair needed, what would suit the texture and wave of my hair. He did a fantastic job. And that head massage was perfect. He took such good care and attention. The salon itself is really nice and the staff are super friendly. Absolutely would recommend.

I booked an off-peak haircut with wash and blow dry and toner that was 50% off. However, I ended up having to pay an additional £35 as the booking on Treatwell was just a "pre-payment"? It doesn't say it anywhere on the salon's Treatwell profile and I just find this pricing policy really deceiving and predatory. I would expect more transparency from a service provider. Having said that, Eddie was great and I'd never seen such attention to detail and thoroughness before. Thanks Eddie!

First of all I ended up having to pay with my own money. They did not recognise the receipt after I went to do much effort to get it from my mother in an email who originally bought the £50 voucher as a girt.
But even worse, the stylist has permanently damaged my hair. I was expecting to have my highlights done just where the regrow the was(roots) he used bleach which is what I usually have? But he put it over the whole hair, my hair is breaking like mad now, I ended up walking out
