I had Olga looking after me and she was very considerate and experienced. She took time to ask and double check everything with me before cutting. It was my first time and I will definitely come back at some point. I had a great experience, I am happy with my haircut. Amazing salon !

They need to improve on customer service skills and improve on learning cultural hairstyles. They didn’t give me the hair style what I was expecting which was a perm. They only washed my hair then blowed dried it down and they were pulling my hair too much. They used a curling wand then said it was a party classic hair which I didn’t want only because I told them it was my birthday . They used Bobby pins and a hair net barely securing my hair so I don’t think there will be any curly results.
