I’ve never spent so much time in a hair salon in my life, I was there for over 6 hours because I kept being left and forgotten about. All the women were very nice but all the staff talk over your head constantly which is very uncomfortable and awkward. Both the men were incredibly rude, one telling me I was wrong and disagreeing with everything I said. The other hardly spoke to me but felt it was ok to discipline a child to tears while cutting my hair. He also failed to listen to anything I said and cut what he wanted not what I requested. We got there in the end and I actually got the style I wanted but the 7 hour experience was horrid.

Sena was so amazing, she was really patient and kind when I miscommunicated something, and did a great wax that was super quick
