Had my wax done here the other day, was quick and done well, Sena made me feel very comfortable and the whole salon seemed very clean and well run

Although the lady who performed my wax was friendly enough, it was the worst wax experience I have ever had. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited 25 minutes. Even though I showered before hand, i was shocked when she did not disinfect the area. She proceeded to apply wax and ripped the hair out in wrong direction. I asked for hot wax and half way through she changed to strip wax and after ripping them off did not apply any pressure to help relieve the pain. Also missed loads of hair
