Although the lady who performed my wax was friendly enough, it was the worst wax experience I have ever had. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited 25 minutes. Even though I showered before hand, i was shocked when she did not disinfect the area. She proceeded to apply wax and ripped the hair out in wrong direction. I asked for hot wax and half way through she changed to strip wax and after ripping them off did not apply any pressure to help relieve the pain. Also missed loads of hair

Sean was off but I was seen by a lovely lady she was super funny was laughing the whole time which distract me from the pain.
