When I went to beauty kulture they always add extra stuff and say you cant have this you need extra they tell everybody different prices the lady at the reception said one thing on the phone when I went there she added so many stuff they need to sort out there prices because very unprofessional

Not my first visiting this place actually and this time I feel the need to leave a review! Nice and polite staff. All smiley and kind, they transmit a good vibe! Bruna is exceptional. I love the way she works and how attentive and patient she is with every single detail because she wants to make sure you're happy with the best service she can provide! I loved how she picked the small imperfections that could have been ignored (some beauticians do), but she was there working hard to really provide the best she could! She is such a sweetheart and I will definitely come back for her again! Thank you staff for making your customers feel so welcomed and thank you Bruna for your attention to all the details! Keep it up all!

All the members of staff I spoke to were so friendly and polite, but I have to specially mention Sem who was so lovely and did a wonderful job with my hair! I showed him one reference picture - he looked at it just once and my hair actually turned out better than the picture (also, so many people have complimented my balayage after) :D. He was also happy to chat to me and answer all my questions (I talk a lot) so I felt comfortable. Thank you so much Beauty Kulture, I will definitely be back!
