I usually come here for my waxes but the last few times the salon has called to rescheduled as their booking system and Treatwell don’t seem to sync. I’ve accommodated except this time. I was still made to wait about 2.5 hours then my wax was done by somebody else but not a great job. She didn’t understand me. Left with hairs still on. Granted I was offered an underarm wax for free for waiting but they were freshly shaved so not ideal. A bit of a shame really! Was not happy with my wax at all.

Booked in for balayage had me waiting an hr before i was seen,met my stylist & showed him a pic of what I wanted, which he confirmed that it was achievable.spent approx 7hours there long story short I was left with damaged hair & scalp as well as dotted streaks as they didn't blend the colour in.Was told by manager id get a refund but only said that to get me to leave the store.poor customer service & professionalism.overcharged-price did not match original quote AVOID AT ALL COST 4 UR OWN SAKE!

I feel really disgusted by the service in this salon. I went in booking a haircut & blow dry on Treatwell. There was no one at the reception desk and no one approached me until 15/20 mins later. I was told the hairdresser I booked is not working today when it said online she is. The owner of the salon cut my hair in 5 minutes or less when my hair was up to my butt and only used the hair razor. Attention wasn’t paid and it was rushed. My hair is extremely short with uneven layers and horrible.
