As always, Iole gives me the personal touch (excuse the pun!)-she goes the extra mile; on this day she rang me in the morning to suggest moving my apt as the salon was busy and noisy and she was concerned it would not be a relaxing experience for me. This shows how a truly professional and kind and empathetic person is and how she focuses on her individual clients and makes time to get to know them-we always have interesting chats-she is Beauty Kulture's gem!
