Hawa was lovely and made me feel very comfortable and fearless. She helped me and told me how to take care of my piercing. She was very funny and laidback and I would definitely recommend her if you want a piercing done.

I have been here twice it's always busy and hectic and id say someone needs to be on reception to greet customers BUT saying that a member if staff did chevk i.was bejbgvseen to and kept tabs and apologised x2 for delay so this kept me infotmed. Iole also apologised and was very kind professional and I was confident in her massage skills-very relaxing!
