I’ve been a few times for waxing to this salon and was always happy. However, this time while I had only my pants on my bottom half, people were coming in and out during my waxing.
A female without knocking opened the door and told the lady waxing she was to turn the heater off, it was freezing cold and this person who said it was what looked to me another customer, certainly not the owner as by this point I was now being waxed by another lady after the owner left midway to see to someone else.
