Afra asked to rearrange my appointment from yesterday to today. When I arrived, she did my eyebrows in less than ten minutes. It felt very rushed, no care into my eyebrow shape. I was unhappy and sent a message to Afra. She told me my complaint doesn’t make any sense, kept
getting my treatment confused and asked me why I did not mention anything at the time. Very unsatisfactory service
