I came in for a tsection of highlights and a hair cut. I left my appointment with stripes in my hair and random blocks of bleach blonde along my centre parting. When they were washing my hair I could tell they knew of their mistake and put more bleach in my hair, although I asked them not to. I’ve been chasing them for my refund, no one’s replied to my emails and when I call they say they’ll sort it and never do.

I arrived to find the lady on the phone, leaving me in the salon for 25 minutes. When she returned, she rushed my eyebrows and didn't trim the long hairs. The Hollywood waxing was terrible; she repeatedly applied wax, cut it off with scissors, and ignored my requests to leave. Tissue stuck to me, and she removed little hair, likely due to not using baby powder or trimming. After an hour, I left covered in wax, with red skin and missed my appointment. Worst salon experience ever need a refund
