I arrived to find the lady on the phone, leaving me in the salon for 25 minutes. When she returned, she rushed my eyebrows and didn't trim the long hairs. The Hollywood waxing was terrible; she repeatedly applied wax, cut it off with scissors, and ignored my requests to leave. Tissue stuck to me, and she removed little hair, likely due to not using baby powder or trimming. After an hour, I left covered in wax, with red skin and missed my appointment. Worst salon experience ever need a refund

I went in to have highlights fixed with an all over colour and it worked really well. I’m happy with the results and staff were lovely
