Worst eyebrow experience I've ever had they didnt match each other the woman who did them had no idea of prices or what stock you had or how much the stock was as I was interested in purchasing the eye brow pencil she used the fact that she used scissors too very unprofessional Avood like the plague!!!!!!

No good having the treatment in the middle of New Look if you are shy.
The lady who was promoting the treatments was lovely and so was my therapist. It cost me £25 to have my eyebrows tinted (need to sign a disclaimer) and lip, chin and brows threaded. Fascinating process. Hurt a bit but no worse than waxing. Very quick. I was thrilled with the results and had a glass of bubbly and got a goody bag because it was the launch day. Thankyou.
