Calm and relaxing the moment you walk in. Nice & relaxing back massage with good pressure. Very clean, neat and tidy. Electric blanket in the massage bed was a nice surprise. Negative, when I walked in I had to wait a while as the therapist/receptionist was speaking in a different language to some other clients. The consultation form was mainly about facials & had nothing to do with massage. Therapist took me into the room & hardly spoke to me. No verbal consultation to ask my concerns.
