Visited the southampton New Look and while shopping noticed their was a beauty salon .As l needed my eyebrows and upper lip waxed l approached the therapist who was very professional and polite she explained the procedures and carried out the waxing with care and was very thorough which continued to be when she carried out the same service on my mother in law after me.It wasn’t till l got home that l noticed l had bruising on my right eyelid l have never had this before after waxing or threading

I had cluster lashes applied, never in my life has someone done such a bad job. Soo much glue was used that my eyes were stinging for hours and it was clumpy where it had been applied. Most of the lashes started to come away later that night while i was at home, i had to remove the rest myself. Such a waste of my time and money. I did email the business direct the same evening explaining the problem, along with photos of the lashes, and nearly a week on I've still not had a response. Very poor
