I have been to your salon previously and was very happy with the results in the past. However, recently I am extremely disappointed, having expressed to your employee how I would like my eyelashes and her acknowledging my request my eyelashes look no different to when I walked into you establishment.

Sonal did a great job on my eyebrows. There are very feint and light in colour , she shaped and tinted them dark brown as requested and they look great - very happy with them. Thank you ! Sarah
