This treatment hasn't yet taken place as the salon refuses to update this booking despite confirming over WhatsApp a new time. The handling of their mistake has been frustrating to say the least andd in all honesty I don't even want to go in now.

Excellent service as usual . I had a hydro facial I had one of these else where and for the same price all they used was a sucking machine this facial at Butterfly Lounge was the best facial / hydro facial ever my skin felt soo clean at the end.
