Sonal has always been lovely and greets you with a warm welcome. She is gentle with threading of eyebrows barely causing any discomfort which I find is amusing because it is a rarity.

I really wanted this to be a great venue and the therapists were very welcoming but the standard of my manicure was very poor. The colour is patchy, the nails have chipped after 5 days (and it is gel!).
